Outgoing Turkish ambassador in Azerbaijan hands over post to his successor (PHOTO)

BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 31. Turkish
Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci has handed over his post to
the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of
the Republic of Türkiye to Azerbaijan Birol Akgün due to the
completion of his diplomatic activity, the publication of the
former ambassador on X said, Trend reports.

Bagci noted that having completed his diplomatic mission, he
returned to Türkiye.

To note, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan appointed Birol
Akgün as the new ambassador to Azerbaijan on January 11.

The diplomatic activity of the Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan
Cahit Bagci was completed on December 14 last year.
